Profile Regional Director Partner Services, NORAM**We are looking for a Regional Director to lead Partner Services across US and Canada. You will be responsible for leading a team of over 170 employees across a distributed environment to deliver on business growth and performance with our accommodation partners. Excellence in partner and employee engagement are key focus areas for this position. This position reports to the Managing Director of the Americas.

This is a US-based role and can be located in any of the US based offices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize the business, support further development and significantly increase market share within the region
  • Represent the region in the North America leadership team. Effectively execute and operationalize commercial and operating strategies, goals and action plans that optimize growth and profitability
  • Act as the regional representative of the company with media and other external stakeholders working in a matrixed environment in close cooperation with our supporting functions like Public Affairs, Legal & Compliance, Public Relations, Risk & Security
  • Develop 'winwin', longterm relationships with external business partners
  • Provide relevant priorities and influence regional product offerings to deliver relevant solutions for our partners
  • Operate successfully at all levels within a variety of organizations and cultures across the region. This includes hotels, hotel chains and other accommodations
  • Further develop a high performance and teamoriented culture;. Motivate and leverage existing and new team members to continually uplevel their results, and expectations, and stretch for increasingly higher levels of impact across all core operational metrics.
  • Develop local talent and build a pipeline of future leaders for the organization

IDEAL EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:


  • 10+ years relevant work experience of which at least 8 years in a leadership position, hospitality or travel experience is a plus
  • Ability to envision, articulate, and execute a compelling future for the business
  • Demonstrated success growing new areas and effectively performance managing existing areas
  • Ability to turn global strategy into local execution plans required for success
  • Strong drive to succeed through the best product and service offering for customers
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into action
  • Capacity to work well under pressure, flexibly adapting and responding to changing situations
  • Experience influencing and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders in an everchanging, rapidgrowth environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership skills, able to lead a unified team with shared vision, shared goals, and with an overwhelming desire to make your team succeed and continuously develop
  • Proven ability to identify, motivate and develop talent
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a related area; Master's degree preferred
  • Availability to travel 3050% of the time
