Major Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Manage and lead the team that manages agency vetting, enrollment, appointment, carrier licensing, and agency contracting processes.
  • Direct distribution expansion for Chubb North America.
  • Drive continuous operational improvement.
  • Oversee and ensure effective ongoing administration of Chubb agents and brokers throughout North America, including appointments, code creation, agency changes, contract addendums, and support for agency mergers and acquisitions
  • Lead the Producer Services team in a manner that delivers timely and dependable customer service to Chubb's agents.
  • Consult with Chubb Insurance Solutions Agency leadership team to introduce new ideas, lead change, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyze and provide monthly and yeartodate reporting associated with reducing appointment and licensing fee costs.
  • Partner with Chubb IT and thirdparty software and development vendors to ensure that all systems supporting Producer Services and Operations meet business requirements and enable optimal efficiency.
  • Drive the rigorous production analysis of agents.
  • Provide ongoing analysis and measurement of revenue generated.
  • Collaborate with General Counsel to ensure that regulatory requirements for producer appointments and licensing are met.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance Team to align producer licensing requirements within Producer Services with state regulations.
  • Support Regional Executive Officer and Branch Management requests for distribution expansion reporting and analytics.

Qualifications:


  • 10+ years of experience in either Insurance Operations, Compliance or New Producer Onboarding desired.
  • 4year college degree preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and significant experience with Word, Outlook, Power Point, OneNote.
  • Demonstrated people management.
