The Manager will coordinate with school leadership and tutoring providers, provide administrative support for tutoring programs, and work directly with students. Ultimately, the Manager will play a critical role in a school's implementation of HIT – a pillar of the district's strategy for learning acceleration among students furthest from opportunity.

This position is a safety-sensitive position. As a result, throughout employment this position will be subject to the Employee Mandatory Drug and Alcohol Testing Policy.

The Manager, High-Impact Tutoring will report to the Principal.

Manage data reporting on HIT to school leaders, DCPS Central Office, and external partners.
