    We are currently seeking a VP of Business Development to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving our business growth through strategic partnerships, innovative deals, and revenue expansion efforts. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Global Strategic Alliances and Business Development, the VP will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy while ensuring alignment with the organizational goals and objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a robust business development strategy in line with organizational objectives
    • Lead negotiations with key clients, investors, and industry leaders
    • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
    • Ensure adherence to legal, financial, and operational requirements in alliances
    • Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners and negotiate agreements
    • Participate in industry events to enhance visibility and partnership opportunities

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 15 years post-graduate experience in the pharmaceutical industry
    • Demonstrated track record in business development and high-value partnerships
    • Experience in negotiating and closing business deals within the biotech industry
    • Knowledge of alliance management principles and global operations
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience leading high-performing teams in a dynamic environment

    Educational Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a science discipline required
    • MBA, PhD, or JD highly preferred
