Your tasks

Conceptual project work in the international talent development field
Taking on (partial) projects related to the further development of processes and systems in the context of talent development
Consulting and supporting the talent management process as an interface between HR and IT
Contact person for Lidl countries, enabling interfaces and rolling out new concepts to Lidl countries

Your profile

Completed degree in business administration, psychology, human resource management, or a related field
Several years of professional experience and in-depth knowledge in international project work and concept development in the context of talent development
Excellent conceptual skills and analytical thinking to effectively solve complex challenges
