    Description


    As an Operations Associate, you will be a part of the firm's Global Operations Team that is responsible for investment execution, counterparty management, pipeline and other cash management functions, project management, and reporting and investment performance/analysis deliverables.

    The Operations Team supports the firms investing activities across the globe for our private credit/equity, asset-based financing (ABF), structured credit, hybrid, and liquid credit funds, business development companies, and separately managed accounts.

    We expect this position to help grow our strategic investing in firm-owned and third-party insurance company clients.

    As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to be an integral part of a growing team in a fast-spaced, entrepreneurial work environment.

    Core ResponsibilitiesSupport build out of the operational support model for separately managed accounts of insurance company clients, including structured credit and structured ABF investing activities.


    Responsibilities include:
    Interface directly with insurance company clients around pipeline management, asset setup, cash management, and other ad hoc inquiriesDesign and document client onboarding processesTrade capture across liquid and private assets in a standardized mannerPerform standard and ad hoc cash management and forecastingDrive trade settlementClient bank account and custodial integrationsCoordination with counterparties and external partnersPartner closely with Engineering to design and build scalable operational capabilities to support the firms structured credit and ABF investing strategiesSupport deal execution for our private and ABF investing activitiesServe as primary point of contact for our Insurance and ABF investing and business teamsPartner with investing professionals, outside and internal counsel, tax, compliance, and other Core professionals ensuring good cross-functional communication and coordination throughout the investing processEnsure appropriate liquidity is available for new investmentsEnsure investment cash and settlement controls and protocols are adhered toPerform the timely and accurate setup of new investments to the order management, accounting, and reporting systemsIdentify and help creatively solve for critical accounting, reporting, compliance, and operational issuesAbility to lead special projects and analysis for firm leadership#J-18808-Ljbffr
