    NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a national property management company in North Dallas to add an Operations and Implementation Specialist to their growing team This is a newly created position due to growth that will assist the Director of Operations in vetting new programs and technologies. This organization offers a tremendous compensation package with unlimited room for growth. Ideal candidates will have:

    • A bachelor's Degree and 3+ years working in multi-family property management are highly preferred
    • Experienced with Yardi, MRI, or similar and strong technical abilities
    • Proficiency in working with vendors, vetting new services, and managing implementations
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present
