    NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a national property management company in North Dallas to add an Operations and Implementation Specialist to their growing team This is a newly created position due to growth that will assist the Director of Operations in vetting new programs and technologies.

    This organization offers a tremendous compensation package with unlimited room for growth.


    Ideal candidates will have:
    A bachelor's Degree and 3+ years working in multi-family property management are highly preferred
    Experienced with Yardi, MRI, or similar and strong technical abilities
    Proficiency in working with vendors, vetting new services, and managing implementations
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present
