For more information, please visit the FDH Aero website.We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will have the opportunity to work remotely in the US.
The ideal candidate will be accountable for the sales coverage and market development for BSI products and services within the assigned geographical territory; working in cooperation with Inside/Outside Sales and branch offices; utilizing sales initiatives, programs in support of the business plans, and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
Understand and incorporate the company's vision, goals, and objectives.
Evaluate and develop qualified sales leads.
Actively visit customers, new or existing
Works interdependently with BSI and other Business Units to keep account activities and literature up to date.
Maintain professionalism, customer service, and customer focus while building a strategic partnership with potential and existing FDH accounts.
Work effectively with branch sales group assigned to representative's territory
Follows BSI Sales Process to manage revenue generation opportunities
Ownership of the full sales process from initiation of the sales process, to contract signature.
Engages in the training and development of employees regarding the sales process and our Business unit capabilities.
Support Sales Team projects in order to meet Team goals and objectives
Assists inside sales as required with converting ad-hoc opportunities
Attends Trades Shows, and Customer/Supplier Seminars.
Qualifications:
Solid Aerospace industry experience is essential.
Business acumen, along with Commercial awareness and excellent communication skills are essential.
Ideally educated to degree level, or equivalent, within
Engineering/Business
studies.
Proven sales experience which demonstrates pro-activity, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks well.
A strong team player with a history of personal self-development.
Able to work under pressure.
Experience of working and succeeding in a rapidly changing business.
Ability to work to tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Organized and has efficient time management skills.
Ability to work in and develop strong relationships.
Travel is an expected part of the role.
