This role is the first point of contact for managing all incoming leads for the Flexible Healthcare division of Amcor.

Qualifies accounts in order to provide effective strategic and tactical sales direction and communications to profitably develop new business. Work cross functionally with Marketing, Product Management, Product Development and R&D.

Implements strategy, business and marketing plans for new accounts including market research, competitive intelligence, product positioning, product line evolution and product innovation.

This role is focused on developing new business new account acquisition, lead generation, and prospecting pre-qualified leads that align with Amcors growth and strategy plan.


WHAT YOU GET TO DO

  • Deliver strategic sales goals including profitable yearoveryear growth for new business accounts.
  • Manage the inbound web lead process
  • Develop new business through lead generation, prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Open accounts by developing new business opportunities in the medical and pharmaceutical field
  • Possess a detailed knowledge of Amcor, our products, the industry and competitive market, enabling the business to solidify itself as an industry leader and fulfil Amcor's Winning Aspiration to be the leading global packaging company _(for posting & onboarding, may need to note where accounts will be) _
  • Manage the complexities of account(s) in support of customer needs
  • Build relationships with customers based upon trust and respect
  • Orchestrate and lead key business negotiations, supporting Amcor's interests demonstrating an ability to influence decision and actions
  • Report and communicate current performance achievements in terms of sales and marketing contribution to the business unit for monthly management reporting
  • Drive forecast accuracy for improved business results
  • Work with Strategic Marketing to identify, analyze and recommend actions to meet strategic unmet customer needs
  • Build highly collaborative relationships between Amcor and your account/s to include: senior leadership, procurement, engineering, quality, operations, sales management, support teams, key Amcor global contacts etc. with a view of enhancing sales initiatives and profitably while meeting customer needs
  • Responsible for the management of Account Planning, Pipeline management, profitability improvements, and churn management in CRM tool
  • Coordinates Sales Management, R&D, Marketing and Field Service in support of validation trials and customer trials
  • Communicates competitive developments in his/her account base regarding marketing strategies, pricing structures or product performance and communicates intelligence to management through the Monthly Report system

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience relevant experience in technical, sales and general management preferably within the packaging industry
  • 1+ years' experience
  • Proven track record of successful sales growth and profitability
  • Experience with negotiations; strong influencing and persuasion skills
Compensation

  • The starting salary for this position is expected to be between $95,000 to $125,000 depending on jobrelated knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on national averages and a geographic differential may be applied based on work location. Position is also eligible for Amcor's [Management Incentive Plan / Sales Incentive Plan], which is an annual bonus program based on business and individual performance.

Pay:
$90, $125,000.00 per year
