Duties:

• Lead in the analysis, design, and development efforts involving a wide range of architectural development projects.
• Conduct zoning and building code research, providing expert interpretations based on said research.
• Prepare case filings and public hearing presentations, based on zoning/building code research and other projectbased findings.
• Coordinate design development with architects, providing analysis of highest and best uses for development projects.
• Secure construction and building permits according to relevant municipal codes, coordinating and liaising with various city and county departments (e.g., Office of Historic Resources, Coastal Commission of California, Grading Preinspection/Soils Department).
• Lead client management and client interactions on a variety of projects, determining project requirements and objectives, updating project plans as needed, and coordinating the scheduling of project activities to meet deadlines according to industry quality standards.

Job Requirements:

Master's Degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or closely related field, two (2) years of experience.

$85,000.00 per year
