    Key Responsibilities:

    • Spearhead the development of a sales strategy tailored to the unique needs and opportunities within the machining and metal fabrication sectors.
    • Actively seek out and secure new client relationships while strategically navigating the industry landscape to identify untapped markets.
    • Engage in direct outreach, such as cold calling, emailing, and networking at industry events, to generate leads and build a robust sales funnel.
    • Utilize an in-depth understanding of Delaware Metals' offerings to craft compelling value propositions that resonate with prospective clients.
    • Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with broader promotional efforts, optimizing brand visibility and lead generation.
    • Provide regular sales forecasts and market feedback to management, informing data-driven adjustments to sales tactics and company direction.
    • Operate with a high degree of independence while ensuring sales objectives align with the broader goals and values of Delaware Metals.

    Qualifications:

    • A solid foundation of experience in sales, specifically within the machining or metal fabrication industry.
    • A portfolio of established contacts and a history of successful business development within the sector.
    • Demonstrated expertise in managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
    • A strong background in consultative sales techniques, with a knack for understanding and resolving customer pain points.
    • Competency in utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) systems to organize and document sales activities efficiently.
