Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities through a combination of inperson and online channels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with building managers, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders to generate referrals and leads.
• Create and implement targeted sales campaigns to reach potential clients and drive business growth.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with prospective clients, ensuring alignment with company pricing guidelines.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of moving projects and exceed client expectations.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in both inperson and online sales, preferably in the moving or logistics industry.
• Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills.
• Selfmotivated and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to create and implement effective sales strategies.
• Proficiency in using online sales tools and platforms.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
