    This position offers a base salary, full benefits, and uncapped commission.

    OTE for first year is ~$56k - $65k with high performers exceeding $80k+.OPPORTUNITIES Quarterly and Annual sales competitions for all levels, including a paid President's Club Trip and additional Elite Club Bonuses Local community engagement with Foodbanks in the fight to overcome childhood hunger through England's ONE Initiative Career Growth as a sales professional and in our selective Leadership in Development Program Company-sponsored Team Building eventsBENEFITS Competitive Compensation Full Health Benefits; Medical + HSA/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance Company Matched 401k Paid Vacation + Paid Holidays + Paid Sick Leave Tuition ReimbursementRESPONSIBILITIES Generate demand for England services through provided prospecting platforms Identify solutions for prospective clients in a rapidly growing marketplace Educate clients and prospects on their respective market's conditions and provide accurate short and long-term pricing Foster relationships with previous England clients to rekindle profitable partnerships Manage a book of business as relationships develop, while continuing to work on new business acquisition Multitask in a Windows-based environmentQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Strong phone sales, B2B sales, consumer/retail sales or professional sales experience Experience working in a team environment Excellent work ethic, coachable, and positive attitude Strong organizational skills while maintaining attention to detail Excellent customer service skills Strong interpersonal communication skills College degree preferred.
