We are currently seeking a Head of Finance and Accounting (m/f/d) for our administration in Heilbronn, starting as soon as possible, in a full-time, permanent position.


Your responsibilities will include:

Leading the finance and accounting department, which currently consists of 15 employees in the areas of accounting, billing, central purchasing, and data management Ensuring proper financial accounting in accordance with the principles of proper bookkeeping for LebensWerkstatt, its subsidiary ChancenWerkstatt, the LebensWerkstatt Foundation, and the support association Timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB (German Commercial Code) in collaboration with the controlling department Medium- and long-term financial planning, liquidity and loan management Advising the executive board and department heads on tax-related matters, ensuring correct tax classification of all economic transactions, and ensuring proper handling of donations and fines Acting as a contact person for all internal and external auditors (e.g.
