    Description

    Summary

    The incumbent serves as the Management Analyst in the Human Capital Management Office, Front Office operations. The incumbent performs a variety of administrative and resources management support activities essential for day-to-day operations across diverse division and functions. Identifies opportunities to gain efficiencies with regard to resources, processes, procedures, and organizational design. Other duties involve enterprise services functions.

    Duties

    As a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Manage critical action officer functional responsibilities including tracking, special projects, as well as long and short range planning initiatives.
  • Provide administrative and technical oversight, for planning, coordination, and execution of business functions and resource allocation.
  • Manage organizational use of the correspondence and task management system.
  • Establish short-range objectives and long-range goals to improve administrative operations and support.
