    Title: Office Manager
    Location: Santa Clara, CA
    Duration: Full-time/Perm

    Client's Office Manager, you will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.

    The successful office manager is an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats and is well organized, flexible, and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

    The Office Manager is responsible for:

    • Streamlining administrative procedures
    • Managing relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord
    • Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as necessary
    • Performing receptionist duties such as greeting visitors
    • Planning in-house or off-site activities such as parties, celebrations, and conferences
    • Receiving and sorting incoming mail and deliveries, and managing outgoing mail
    • Assisting with office layout planning and office moves
    • Scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, and doing research
    • Coordinating schedules, appointments, and bookings
    • Ensure filing systems are maintained and current
    • Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience working in an administrative or office manager type role
    • Demonstrated ability to successfully handle a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision
    • Self-starter with ability to take ownership of projects, optimize processes, and drive to completion
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Authorized to work in the US and start immediately
