Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling, billing, and invoicing through Buildertrend or Excel.
- Maintain project files and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling client queries and concerns with professionalism.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to support project outcomes.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events and meetings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant.
- High proficiency in Buildertrend software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills.
- A proactive approach to all tasks and excellent customer service orientation.
