Responsibilities:


  • Manage scheduling, billing, and invoicing through Buildertrend or Excel.
  • Maintain project files and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling client queries and concerns with professionalism.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to support project outcomes.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events and meetings.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant.
  • High proficiency in Buildertrend software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • A proactive approach to all tasks and excellent customer service orientation.

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 4 years (required)

  • Administrative experience: 5 years (required)

Ability to Commute:

  • San Jose, CA preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • San Jose, CA 95126: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
