Description

THE POSITION

LandCare is in search of an Account Manager to become a part of our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Branch Manager, Production Manager, and production teams to establish and sustain meaningful connections with our clients. You'll be responsible for managing current client relationships, acquiring new customers, and exploring fresh networking opportunities within the industry.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

Client Service and Retention

Enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by grasping the unique needs of each customer
Delivering exceptional service and communication in a respectful, problem-solving manner
Promoting excellence in customer service, safety, and LandCare's values within a positive team setting
Facilitating coordination and communication between clients and production team promptly and collaboratively for effective solutions
Overseeing LandCare's Landscape Quality Audit process alongside the Production Manager to recognize property maintenance needs and enhancement possibilities
Developing client proposals, contracts, and estimates tailored to each client's objectives at accurate and competitive pricing

New Business Development

Spotting new business prospects through nurturing relationships with current customers
Actively seeking out potential clients and cultivating new business connections
Engaging in networking events to build relationships with potential and existing customers, representing both industry leadership and LandCare
