    Essential Functions

    `Managing corporate cash, invoice approvals, receivable collections, and owner distributions

    `Supervising payroll funding, 401k, and worker compensation audits

    `Providing oversight to the Chief Financial Officer on various tasks

    `Overseeing the accounting, investor reporting, and tax filings for corporate entities, direct real estate investments, and private equity investments.

    Director Of Finance Qualifications

    `Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required
