    Job Description

    Job DescriptionSalary:

    We are looking for a deadline-driven project coordinator to oversee our construction project and to act as the link between various project parties. The project coordinator or project superintendent will lead and manage the on-site construction team and oversee all work on site. They will be responsible for orderliness on-site and ensure compliance with safety regulations. You will ensure quality standards are met, and all equipment and materials are available on-site at all times. You will liaise with inspection authorities regarding approvals.

    To ensure success you should complete projects on time and within budget, and never compromise on quality. Top candidates will be strong leaders, pro-active, and perform well under pressure.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    1. Review, interpret, and comment on the terms and conditions of tool hook up project contracts.
    2. Assisting project managers with various steps of the construction projects, from timelines to budgets, and tracking.
    3. Establish contract terms and conditions including financial obligations, fees, and service levels.
    4. Responsible for preparing bids and negotiating specifications for the service. Including materials, equipment, manpower, etc...
    5. Coordinate materials and equipment specifications, quantity and quality as project needs
    6. Assess and evaluate contractors` proposal, scope of work and quotation as per drawing
    7. Implement management techniques that are cost-effective and efficient.
    8. Support project manager for work report, quality inspection reports and project budget

    Qualifications:

    1. Experience in Tool Interconnection, Tool Vendor Experience, or Construction Management
    2. Preferred Semiconductor Experience
    3. Outstanding oral and written communication skills, analytical skills, and time management skills
    4. Attention to detail, organization, and a desire for continuous improvement.
    5. Good teamwork and problem-solving skills
    6. Fluency in Mandarin is not required but preferred
