Project Coordinator

Clayton Homes, a Berkshire Hathaway company and the nation's leading housing provider, is a vertically integrated housing company that builds, sells, finances and insures affordable housing.

The Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for all stages of construction out in the field, including but not limited to construction management, permitting, walk-throughs and coordinating service.

The purpose of this position is to assist our retail team in providing timely completion of construction while providing world class service

Responsibilities:

Scheduling all contracted work
Ordering & checkingin parts
Following up with Contractors as well as customers for service calls
Monitoring the home center's NPS (Net Promotor Score)
Conducting walkthroughs with customers
Schedule setup and delivery and other servicerelated items
Followup with customers utilizing various contact methods
Merchandising the retail location and homes, including but not limited to moving furniture, décor and cleaning homes
Participate in sales meetings and other company events
Assist other Sales Professionals as needed
Cooperative and collaborative, willing and eager to work in a team environment, assist with miscellaneous duties as required

Requirements:

Strong verbal communication skills
Experience in manufactured housing a plus
Strong customer relations skills
Ability to excel and contribute to a team environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to learn and operate company software
Excellent phone skills
Professional demeanor and appearance
Ability to lift and move furniture, promotional items, etc.
Ability to pass criminal background check as well as postoffer drug screen
