Role Summary

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions

  • Managing the creative and production phases of assigned client projects.
  • Interacting regularly with key stakeholders including:

The Media Consultant:


  • Media buy schedules and campaign information, creative feedback, and participating in client meetings.
  • Keep the Media Consultant updated on production details [e.g. when creative is available for review and script reviews/revisions.]

The client:


  • Supporting creative team as liaison with client.
  • Responsibilities would include identifying monthly offers, follow up on script feedback/approvals, creative feedback/approvals, any production shoot details, and answer questions.

Production Team[s]

  • Communicate creative vision, copy details, approve/deny spot production, provide assets.
  • Ensure assets are delivered successfully.
  • Confirm coop details are correct and submitted.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum

  • 2+ years of project management experience preferably in a creative, advertising, or media environment.
  • BA or BS degree
  • Demonstrable creative problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills working crossfunctionally to get things done efficiently and correctly.
  • Demonstrate ability to collaborate in team environment, set goals, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail is a must as well as curiosity to investigate and troubleshoot issues.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Innovative selfmotivator with ability to be resourceful in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
