    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Strategy Development: Craft and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's goals and market opportunities. Stay ahead of industry trends to adapt and evolve strategies as needed.
    • Lead Generation and Management: Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to expand our client base. Utilize a mix of outbound and inbound tactics to generate new business opportunities.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions that enhance their marketing and advertising efforts through our AI technology.
    • Performance Tracking: Set sales targets and KPIs to measure team performance. Use CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts, making adjustments to strategies as necessary.
    • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, motivate, and support a high-performing sales team to achieve their sales targets. Provide ongoing training and development to ensure the team stays at the forefront of industry knowledge and sales techniques.
    • Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to relay customer feedback and insights that can inform product development and marketing strategies.
    • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion, including new industries, geographies, and channels.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the tech, AI, or creative industries.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and techniques.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to understand and articulate complex technologies to a non-technical audience.
    • Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
    • Highly motivated, with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
    • Passion for technology and its application in marketing and advertising.
