Role Overview:


As a Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the San Jose area.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with prospects, and close deals that align with our company's goals and values.

Whether you're prospecting new leads, conducting product demonstrations, or negotiating contracts, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, driving success and making a meaningful impact.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and potential donors.
  • Conduct product inperson sales pitches to showcase the value proposition of our clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with management and other teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience and highest results.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:


  • Proven track record of success in customer service.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

$61, $71,158.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
