Requirements/Responsibilities


The Catering Sales Manager responsibilities:


  • Grow our Catering business
  • Ensure food safety and quality standards are in compliance
  • Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, inventory management, team management, and financial accountability.
  • Guest engagement through social media platforms
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or Associates Degree /Military leadership experience
  • 2 years of catering and client acquisition experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills to help manage our operation
  • Servsafe food manager's certification
  • Proficient with current technology
  • Proven catering sales portfolio
  • Clean driving record
  • Strong written skills
  • Planner
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Self Motivated
  • Open availability
