    Position Overview:

    • Fortos Marketing assists local businesses in enhancing their online presence and expanding their operations. We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to engage virtually with leads and promote our services. The Sales Executive will also drive company growth by identifying and fostering new client relationships, involving lead generation, client consultations, and lead conversion to establish loyal clientele.
    • Uncapped commission and recurring monthly income.

    Responsibilities:

    • Close new business opportunities
      • Engage with interested prospects generated from our lead activities.
    • Build significant client relationships:
      • Reach out to qualified business owners to spark interest in our programs.
      • Create a sense of urgency for owners to enroll in our programs promptly.
    • Cultivate new leads and engage, mainly via phone, with home service businesses nationwide to drive new business.
    • Stay informed on trends in the home services sector to establish trust with prospects and clients.
    • Conduct strategic outbound calls and emails daily.
    • Gather essential prospect information during initial interactions, online research, and other channels, and ensure accurate data entry and upkeep in the CRM system.
    • Utilize our tools to conduct online marketing assessments and present findings to prospects.
    • Maintain a pipeline of 50+ potential customers consistently.
    • Utilize consultative sales tactics to address client concerns effectively and maximize sales activities.
    • Deliver formal sales presentations and follow-up with potential clients.
    • Schedule weekly sales activities using the Contact Record Management (CRM) system, including contacts, tasks, appointments, and opportunities.
    • Develop and implement negotiation strategies to close deals successfully.
    • Meet or surpass monthly sales targets.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, particularly on the phone.
    • Skilled in persuasive and consultative sales techniques.
    • Over 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of surpassing sales objectives.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Outstanding time management capabilities.
    • Driven work ethic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
    • Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
    • Proficient in creating and delivering proposals to customers.

    Compensation:

    • Uncapped commissions + monthly residuals (up to 12 months per account)
    • $100,000-120,000
