    Position Overview:

    • Fortos Marketing helps local companies enhance their online presence and expand their businesses. We have a steady flow of qualified leads and are seeking a Sales Executive intern to engage with leads virtually and offer our services.
    • The Sales Executive intern will play a crucial role in fostering growth within our company by identifying and cultivating opportunities for new client relationships. This position entails discovering and nurturing leads from various channels, consulting with clients, and converting leads into loyal customers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Close new business opportunities
      • Engage with interested prospects generated from our lead-generating activities.
    • Establish meaningful client relationships:
      • Reach out to qualified business owners to spark interest in joining various programs.
      • Create a sense of urgency for owners to enroll in our programs promptly.
    • Foster new prospects and engage, mainly through phone calls, with home service companies nationwide to drive new business.
    • Stay updated on the home services industry proactively to ensure you are a reliable resource to prospects and clients.
    • Initiate strategic outbound calls & emails daily.
    • Gather essential prospect data from initial conversations, online platforms, and other sources, and ensure accurate data entry and maintenance in CRM systems.
    • Utilize our tools to conduct online marketing audits and present findings to prospects.
    • Maintain a pipeline of 50+ potential customers consistently.
    • Apply a consultative sales approach to address client concerns effectively and optimize sales efforts.
    • Deliver formal sales presentations and follow-up calls to potential new clients.
    • Organize weekly sales activities using the Contact Record Management (CRM) system, documenting all interactions, tasks, appointments, and prospects.
    • Develop and deploy negotiation strategies to close deals successfully.
    • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly on the phone.
    • Demonstrated persuasive and consultative sales abilities.
    • Keen on starting a career in sales, communications, or marketing.
    • Prior experience in sales with a track record of surpassing sales goals.
    • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
    • Outstanding time management capabilities.
    • Dedicated work ethic, self-driven, and eager to develop professionally.
    • Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
    • Create proposals per guidelines and present them to clients, reviewing details thoroughly.

    Compensation:

    • $15 per hour base salary plus commissions based on sales performance.
