Responsibilities
Field inbound, marketing-generated mid-market leads and develop from the first call to close.
Self-source leads from existing and potential client lists.
Consult with potential clients to develop and implement their people strategy.
Receive and act on frequent and targeted feedback, collaborate without being territorial, and demonstrate impeccable integrity in all relationships.
Expand existing accounts.
Partner with the product team to enhance the existing product line.
Qualifications
Proven ability to sell SAAS and/or tickets >$30k.
Self-directed and aggressive learner.
Accountable and independent.
Organized, precise, and thorough.
Preference for a small team and growing organization.
Strong written and communication skills.
Technologically inclined.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of mid-market consultative sales experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
