- An experienced and successful salesperson knowledgeable about the technology services industry. Ability to qualify and ascertain potential clients' needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments. Prepare and deliver compelling executive briefings to key decision-makers.
- Practice value selling and build trusted partner relationships. Be able to provide value to potential clients with each interaction.
- Be familiar with key software components of digital transformation initiatives, such as hyper-scaler cloud services, software development, and data analytics, and be aware of trends within those segments.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Veracity Solutions' portfolio of IT services and cloud adoption solutions.
- Comfortable with originating and performing opportunity generation and prospecting activities with support from marketing staff.
- Ability to work with solution architects and other technical staff during sales process to develop and present client solutions.
- Ability to oversee MSA and SOW creation and negotiation.
- Ideally, expertise in a specific industry (healthcare, finance/banking, etc.) is preferred so you can leverage knowledge and contacts in that space.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Prospecting
- (pipeline building) three 90-minute prospecting blocks per day until you have a pipeline to support your quota.
- create one new opportunity per week.
- (ongoing) at least one 90-minute prospecting block per day to maintain the pipeline and satisfy the quota.
- utilize provided tools to build target lists and execute effective prospecting sequences.
- work with marketing to support your prospecting activities

- Read Anthony Iannarino's collected works and learn different aspects of his modern "Level 4 Value Creation" sales methodology.
- At the company's expense, enroll and participate in Iannarino online training courses (led by Anthony himself).

Be the consummate hunter and deal closer
A Veracity Solutions Account Executive is responsible for finding, engaging, and landing new clients to grow the revenue and customer base. Thus, their primary responsibility is prospecting and lead generation. Secondary responsibilities are follow-up, qualification, oversight of solution development, and closing the sale, culminating in effective handoff to delivery and customer management.
There is the opportunity to grow into a player/coach role and eventually into a sales leader with consistently demonstrated success and leadership.
