    My client is looking to hire a General Manager for our Boise location. An excellent opportunity if you are willing to roll up your sleeves, and get to work

    We are looking to add a General Manager at our Boise office If you are driven and looking for a dynamic opportunity with amazing growth potential, please apply ASAP

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field;
    • Proven track record of success in a leadership role within the logistics industry, with at least 3 years of experience in operations management.
    • Strong understanding of logistics operations, including transportation and fleet management
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
    • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and executing effective business strategies.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management, focusing on driving profitability and operational efficiency.
    • Knowledge or willingness to learn about industry regulations and compliance requirements, with a commitment to safety and quality standards.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
