- Work closely with the catering team to develop menus that align with client preferences and event themes.
- Ensure timely delivery and setup of catering services, and manage on-site catering operations during events.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Address any issues or concerns related to catering services promptly and professionally.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including corporate functions, weddings, social gatherings, and other special events.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and checklists to ensure seamless execution.
- Coordinate with vendors, including caterers, decorators, entertainment providers, and rental companies.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and according to plan.
- Coordinate with event staff and vendors to ensure timely and efficient event operations.
- Handle any on-site issues or emergencies with professionalism and composure.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations during events.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in event coordination and office administration.
- Experience in catering and hospitality services is essential.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality event experiences.
- Ability to lift and carry event supplies and equipment as needed.

Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Event Coordinator with a background in catering. The ideal candidate will have a background in catering and hospitality, as well as at least one year of administrative/office experience. This position is a Direct Hire opportunity and will be five days in office.Responsibilities:
Benefit offerings may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
