    BDO is seeking a Managing Director to lead the National Security & Critical Infrastructure Protection (NS-CIP) Practice. The NS-CIP Practice focuses on advancing the mission of national security and critical infrastructure protection by tackling key challenges, such as warfighter defense innovation challenges, threat modeling, smart grid data protection, border and pipeline security transformation, Committee on Foreign Investments (CFIUS) compliance, and meeting defense security standards and Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) obligations. Essential Duties:
    - Grows the NS-CIP practice organically and inorganically to expand an existing practice to a targeted growth dollar ($) amount in the millions within a set time frame
    - Develops and maintains relationships with senior level executives and/or board members
    - Operationalizes and standardizes critical transmission station and substation risk assessments
    - Evaluates potential risks associated with new and existing clients and provides guidance to reduce residual risk
    - Manages client's expectations to deliver on-time and on-budget solutions
    - Develops a comprehensive suite of offerings to diversify the NS-CIP practice
    - Collaborates across the Forensics practice to offer a suite of solutions that help clients to address their data protection and privacy obligations
    - Mentors team members to encourage professional development that is beneficial to their careers and the firm
    - Ensures that the NS-CIP team meets its risk, quality and legal obligations as established by the firm
    - Responds rapidly to client needs and questions with thoughtful and pragmatic solutions
    - Communicates and works closely with business developers and elevates the conversation to enterprise-wide national security and critical infrastructure protection initiatives
    - Builds and manages a practice that offers multiple disciplines (e.g., North American Electric Reliability Corporate (NERC) BES Cyber, CISA critical infrastructure sector data protection, Committee on Foreign Investments in the US (CFIUS), national risk management, emergency communications, Nuclear Regulatory Commission ('NRC') data protection)
    - Builds and manages a team that advises clients in the areas listed, among other related topics
    - National infrastructure protection planning
    - Critical infrastructure support annex policies and procedures
    - Critical infrastructure data protection and resilience
    - Workplace security awareness
    - Pipeline security
    - Critical infrastructure protection against threats
    - Critical infrastructure theft protection
    - Other duties as required Supervisory Responsibilities:
    - Executes against an existing growth strategy and develops/executes against long term growth strategies
    - Manages an existing team and integrates that team into the greater NS-CIP strategy and teams
    - Works closely with complementary practices and business lines to ensure cross-sales are managed accordingly
    - Innovates with partnerships and product developers to enhance existing offerings
    - Defines and manages recruiting needs
