    What you'll do...
    Enchanted Rock is currently developing the most cutting-edge Microgrid Management System, leveraging its extensive fleet of distributed energy resources.

    As the sole company with such a vast array under management, we're committed to delivering top-tier Microgrid-centered products and services.

    The Product Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of these high-quality offerings.

    The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical acumen in power generation and operations, coupled with significant experience in product management.

    Additionally, they should excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our objectives.

    You'll make an impact by:
    Work with, engineers, sales, field operations and other stakeholders to define product requirements and specifications.
    Manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch to ongoing maintenance and finally EOL.
    Develop and communicate a compelling product strategy aligned with the company's goals and market trends.
    Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, incorporating business, technical, and market considerations.
    Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather and prioritize product requirements, leveraging market insights, customer feedback, and business objectives to inform product decisions
    Ensure that products meet the needs of customers and business goals in terms of performance, financial, and ongoing operations.
    Develop and maintain marketing materials, technical specifications, and maintenance procedures.
    Stay up to date on technical trends and best practices.
    Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

    What you'll need:
    Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology or a related field.
    5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on the technical aspects of product development.
    Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    You'll sweep us off our feet if you:

    Have a Bachelors degree in engineering, technology, or a related field. Masters is a plus.
    Actively maintain a view of the microgrid landscape, emerging energy technologies and future customer needs.
