Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our hospitality operations. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our establishment. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Oversee the hiring and training of new employees, conducting interviews and ensuring proper onboarding.
- Monitor and maintain financial records, including cash handling, budgeting, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure quality food production, and manage private dining events.
- Foster a positive work environment by providing guidance, support, and feedback to the team.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality management is required.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial management.
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, training, and managing employees.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is preferred.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and kitchen operations is a plus.
Pay:
$65, $95,000.00 per year
License/Certification:
- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
