Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic General Manager to lead our Chick-fil-A Uptown Houston team.

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, from ensuring compliance with company standards to fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and support the team through operational guidance, leadership, and accountability.
Establish and uphold organizational standards across all areas of the business.
Manage financial health by collaborating with the Enterprise Team to ensure compliance with labor and food cost targets.
Drive operational excellence by utilizing reporting tools and interpreting customer satisfaction metrics.
Foster open communication and meaningful conversations with team members at all levels.
Execute necessary job duties in the absence of senior leadership.
Champion organizational culture and encourage team unity and uniformity.

Qualifications:

Previous leadership experience in a fastpaced environment, preferably in the food service industry.
Strong understanding of financial management and compliance standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
