    is looking for an enterprising, efficient business analyst who has experience in retail, e-commerce or logistics domain for one of our clients.

    Responsibilities:


    Work on the business and data analytics projects, including extraction, cleaning and analyzing high volumes of data from different sources in a dynamic environment.

    Manage website content, execute site refresh process and work as a liaison between the IT and business teams.

    Shape and inform key metrics and indicators by which we will assess product category and vendor performance.

    Relevant experience in data analysis, research, experimentation, business intelligence and data warehousing tools, or comparable consumer analytics solutions

    Strong Data Visualization Presentation and Communication Skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to business terms and communicate effectively with the business


    Analyze, develop and write business requirements, translate into functional design documents and participate in the technical design, test planning and user documentation processes for complex application systems.

    Track problems and bugs; revise documentation of system revisions and modifications, as needed.


    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    8-10 years of Business Systems Analyst experience


    Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, and 2 years of experience in the position offered or related.

    Strong verbal and written communication & data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with various levels and teams within the organization

    Experience in Retail- E-Commerce.

    Experience in supply chain and logistics domains.


    Other BA Skills - BSA documentation, including Business Requirements Documents, Functional Documents, Test strategy documents, Test plans, User Acceptance Testing documents, reports, User stories etc.
