    Business Analyst / Associate Consultant - Workday HCM

    Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)

    ABOUT YOU

    • Educational Excellence: Hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or Economics, from a prestigious university ideally 0-2 years post-college, demonstrating your commitment to academic rigor and intellectual growth and ready to embark on a transformative professional journey.
    • Academic Achievement: Maintain a minimum 3.5 overall GPA, showcasing dedication and excellence in your academic pursuits.
    • Collaborative yet Innovative: Thrive as a solid team player while also bringing fresh perspectives as an independent thinker.
    • Analytical Excellence: Possess a strong analytical skill set coupled with boundless curiosity and a knack for pushing boundaries to envision new possibilities.
    • Driven by Deadlines: Excel in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing deadlines, maintaining meticulous organization, and seamlessly juggling multiple tasks.
    • Effective Communication: Exhibit exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, essential for conveying complex ideas and solutions.
    • Language Proficiency: Demonstrate fluency in English, enabling clear and effective communication.
    • Proactive Learning: Demonstrate the initiative to obtain Workday certification(s) before joining our team, reflecting your commitment to personal and professional development.
    • Location Commitment: Be prepared to work onsite at our Dallas, TX office five days a week, contributing actively to our vibrant workplace culture.
