    Description

    Job Title: Business Analyst - Healthcare

    Job Location: Dallas, TX

    Job Tenure: Full Time

    Responsibilities:

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, Business Ops, and Account Management teams.
    • Use analytical and technical proficiency to guide the client through the implementation process.
    • Develop implementation plans and inform client stakeholders and internal stakeholders.
    • Translate data requests from internal customers into actionable tasks for developers.
    • Gather and document business requirements, system flows, and data dependencies.
    • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, solution analysis, and project kickoffs.
    • Conduct quantitative analysis by creating ad-hoc reports/queries using SQL.
    • Support IT team governance, audit, and control process.
    • Manage and govern data documentation of solutions, requirements, and processes.
    • Demonstrate technical leadership and integrate business understanding to create superior solutions.
    • Own and manage the change management and release management process.
    • Work on special projects as requested.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in IT preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 3 - 5 years of working experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
    • Thorough experience with agile scrum methodologies and Jira.
    • Technical expertise in requirements gathering, process engineering, and technical documentation.
    • SQL knowledge and ability to write Select queries.
    • Strong organization skills and detail-oriented.
    • Experience in Healthcare Industry.
    • Good written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to self-motivate, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
