    About the Company and Job:

As a Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting members with their Credit Union needs and ensuring efficient financial transactions and excellent customer service.

    Job Overview:

    The Member Service Representative will process transactions, explain services, open new accounts, and provide assistance across various communication channels. Your role will contribute to the efficient performance of sales, service, and operational functions while maintaining quality service standards.

    Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

    • Present and explain Credit Union products and services to members
    • Perform various member transactions and account maintenance tasks
    • Assist in resolving member inquiries and issues professionally
    • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with all stakeholders
    • Participate in training and continuing education programs
    • Follow safety and security procedures to ensure branch compliance
    • Support other branch locations and the Member Service Center as necessary
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Education & Experience Required:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • 1-3 years of related experience
    • Proficiency in PC operation and software programs
    • Strong time management and organizational skills
    • Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, SharePoint preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to handle confidential information with diplomacy and tact
