    Client Service Representative at Virginia Beach SPCA Low-Cost Veterinary Clinic

    The Virginia Beach SPCA (VBSPCA) Low-Cost Veterinary Clinic has been supporting pet owners and their furry friends in the Virginia Beach community for over three decades. The clinic plays a vital role in the VBSPCA's mission to ensure that all cats and dogs have access to reasonably priced veterinary care.

    • Join our skilled team of professionals including Veterinarians, Vet Techs, Vet Assistants, and Client Service Representatives, all contributing essential expertise to meet the increasing demand for our services.
    • We provide a range of medical, surgical, and dental services for companion animals, equipped with modern tools such as digital radiography (both dental and full body), ultrasound, in-house lab equipment, cryotherapy, and EKG equipment.
    • Services are available at our clinic and through our mobile Neuter Scooter. Additionally, we offer medical care for the VBSPCA shelter's small animals, cats, and dogs.

    As a Client Service Representative, your role involves acting as the key link between clinic staff and the public. Responsibilities include appointment scheduling, client check-ins and check-outs, maintaining precise client records, and ensuring a positive experience for clients and their pets.

    • Tasks also include managing appointment reminders, organizing front desk supplies, and handling end-of-day reports and deposits.
    • You will be in charge of maintaining a clean lobby, upholding standards of animal care, and actively contributing to our goal of providing superior customer service.

    Position: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)

    Compensation: $15 per hour

    Operating Hours: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm) and Saturday (8am to 3pm)
