    The Opportunity
    The Business Process Transformation Analyst is an important role in MRSI's growing Claims Department.

    This role will drive key commercial claim infrastructure functionality and operational improvements to allow the organization to easily scale for growth and change.

    Responsible for providing the portfolio management across Claims transformation projects, ensuring key project outcomes, and successful delivery of the transformation objectives.

    Be a change catalyst capable of aligning strategy, people, process, and technology. This role reports to and supports the Claims Transformation Lead, delivering on long-term strategies & objectives.

    Responsibilities:


    Evaluate, identify and prioritize improvement opportunities and partner with stakeholders to scope initiatives that ensure alignment with strategic priorities, and develop solutions.

    Create deliverables that showcase the current state, future state and return on investment. Drive the project through inception to rollout from a business perspective.
    Collaborate with the Claims Transformation Lead to draft and prepare decks for critical change management engagements. Track progress and provide oversight and support for projects.
    Facilitate, moderate and assist with keeping content of meeting focused on objectives; capture and track significant meeting minutes. Follow-up on deliverables for and from Claim Leadership Team.

    Conduct business process improvement and mapping efforts using Visio, Excel, Word and Power Point Create a continuous improvement mindset culture within the claims department to work towards Claims Excellence.

    The targeted improvements should align with Lean Six Sigma methodologies. ;

    Work with Claims Transformation Lead in supervision and delivery of external resources such as consultancy and third parties related to transformation.

    Analyze various stakeholder populations, identify change impacts, and assess the risk and readiness to drive downstream deliverables via process redesign, communications, and training.

    Develop a communication plan and present targeted messages to specific audiences. Provide opportunities for knowledge transfer through training and development of others in areas such as operational excellence and productivity improvement
    Prepare and create agendas for transformation workshops, trainings and meetings.
    Work with the Data analysts to define, create and rollout applicable measures and metrics for the Claims Department. Work with the Claims Leadership Team to ensure they have the metrics and measures needed.
    Run small projects for immediate benefit both technical and process improvement in nature.

    Collaborate on larger projects to ensure Claims Business needs are being met, coordinate UAT efforts using Business Cases and coordinate rollout and training for the business users.

    Work on special projects analyzing downstream impacts as business needs arise.

    Job Requirements:
    7+ years of claims handling, claims operations experience, multi-line including commercial experience.
    Experience working on large scale projects
    Experience with enterprise-wide systems, automation solutions, and operational best practices.
    Claim technical aptitude to identify, document, and inform claim system requirements.
    Advanced skills in creating meaningful PowerPoint presentations.
    Advanced skills in Visio; process mapping across one or more functional areas/processes.
    Advanced skills in data analysis and creating insights from data.
    Leverage Lean, Agile, and/or Six Sigma to reduce waste, process variation, and non-value add activities
    Proactive self-starter requiring minimal guidance and ability to meet deadline.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience presenting clean, organized, and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience.
    Experience managing and influencing teams without a formal reporting relationship.
