Overview:
Part of the Human Resources team, you are the driving force behind building a strong employee culture.

Your role will evolve with changing organizational needs as you foster a positive working environment and support the overall success of the business.

You act as the bridge between management and employees to ensure the workplace nurtures productivity and growth.

With your expertise in addressing the diverse needs of employees, you will contribute significantly to our organization's success and ability to attract, retain, and develop top talent.


Responsibilities:


The Benefits & HRIS Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the Human Resources department by administering employee benefits and managing HRIS systems.

This position is responsible for facilitating benefits enrollment processes, and providing essential support to employees regarding their benefits inquiries, and ensuring accurate data management.

Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and voluntary benefits.


Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits eligibility, coverage, and claims, while also ensuring prompt fulfillment of funding requirements and timely processing of payments for all benefit offerings.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws governing employee benefits, such as HIPAA, ERISA, and ACA.

Prepares reports and demonstrates the effectiveness of programs by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.

Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and external vendors to ensure smooth benefits administration and resolve issues promptly.

Other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
2-3 years in benefits administration and/or HRIS administration.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and handle confidential information with discretion.

Expertise in benefits administration, including knowledge of benefit programs, regulatory compliance, and effective communication skills.

CBP is a plus
