    Here at Nova Management, we offer every employee the unique opportunity to receive in-house training starting at ground level and extending through leadership and management training. Customer Service Associates lead our team in engagement, sales, discovery, and solutions by engaging with community members and employing their problem-solving skills to provide the most knowledgeable customer service.

    As our Entry Level Customer Service Associate, you will learn:

    • All telecommunications client product knowledge
    • How to answer customer questions
    • The sales cycle and how to complete customer sales
    • Professional development practices
    • How to take your communication skills to the next level
    • How to work with sales and marketing teams along with other Customer Service Associates within the office
    • Human resources elements
    • Other operational responsibilities may be assigned
    Requirements of the Entry Level Customer Service Associate:
    • High school diploma or GED equivalent is not a requirement but is a plus
    • 0-1 years of experience working in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality
    • A student mentality and willingness to learn
    • Must be passionate about working with others
    • Ability to work individually and as part of the Customer Service Associate team
    • A drive for professional growth
