    Your Role:

    As the Head of Cloud Sales for our US market, you'll lead an existing, dynamic team in selling our innovative cloud and hosting products to medium-sized businesses, agencies and MSPs.

    The particular market opportunity we're going after requires someone who thinks on their feet, takes action and is able to develop strategy and generate momentum around a plan of action.

    We're not just looking for a manager – we want a leader who is as comfortable speaking in front of a client business, as well as motivating our sales organization and shaping it into a powerhouse.


    What you'll do:
    Spearhead the strategic development of our sales and account management division, driving continuous growth and maximizing sales potential.
    Identify and cultivate new customer and agency relationships while nurturing existing partnerships to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

    Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders throughout the sales process, including high-level negotiations with C-suite executives facilitate seamless communication and alignment; leverage experience and insight to close deals and foster partnerships.

    Champion best-in-class customer care, consistently exceeding expectations and setting industry benchmarks.
    Innovate workflows and processes, continuously refining our approach to sales and customer engagement.
    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop tailored product strategies and execute impactful sales campaigns.
    Conduct regular sales analyses and market evaluations, staying ahead of the curve with competition insights and industry trends.

    Guide, coach, and develop a team of sales, account management and technical consulting staff as a high performing cohesive business development unit.

    Represent IONOS at meetings, fairs, and conferences showcasing our leadership in cloud and hosting solutions.

    What
    You Bring:7-10 years of groundbreaking experience in B2B marketing, sales, and account management.

    Proven track record of leadership and staff development, with at least 3 years of experience leading high-performing teams to success.

    Deep technical expertise in web design, e-commerce, web hosting, server, and cloud technologyExcellent presentation skills, coupled with a flair for presenting to and engaging diverse audiences of all sizes in various settings; represent IONOS at a wide variety of eventsEntrepreneurial mindset with a passion for exploring emerging technologies and driving innovation.

    Hands on experience in content management systems (CMS), website creation and/or server/cloud backup.

    Strong customer-centric approach with a blend of sales acumen and service excellenceProficiency in Google Suite of office productivity tools preferredA plus is experience collaborating with agencies, web professionals, or software developers, and a relevant bachelor's degree or higher.


    Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
    Flexibility to travel approximately 10-20% of the time, including overnight trips.
    Ability to lift objects up to 20 lbs. during travel, etc.
    Comfortable working hybrid (3Xweek) from our Philadelphia office
