    Description

    We are looking for a strong-minded and talented Executive Sous Chef with a preferred 2-3 years of experience in a high-volume environment who understands the fortitude it takes to lead a team.

    Our Executive Sous Chef is responsible for achieving the company goals of producing the highest-quality product while paying special attention to purchasing, portioning, staff efficiency, and waste reduction.

    Our Executive Sous Chef attempts, in every way, to further the best interests of the restaurant.

    This includes the myriad of small details that arise in a daily work environment and executing those details with precision.

    Wherever specific goals or tasks are involved, the ESC must make every effort to attain or complete them to the Executive Chef's standards and to report those results and any suggestions that might improve the process in the future.


    In other words, we are looking for a reliable and passionate person ready to join a team of like-minded individuals with decades of experience in the restaurant industry - not to mention, an earnings opportunity that competes with some of the best in LA.
