- 1- 2 years of Customer service experience or relevant degree.

- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic individuals with a passion for helping others.
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate through various software applications.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or relevant training is a plus.
