- Minimum of a BA/BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Alternatively, equivalent work experience and field-specific training will be considered.
- At least four years of experience in FEDERAL CONSTRUCTION project management, or equivalent. We seek individuals who are self-starting, motivated, and detail oriented.
- Six or more years of experience in roles such as Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or equivalent within the construction industry. Familiarity with the design-build sector is advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer operations, including Microsoft Office 365 and Internet usage, is essential.
- Familiarity with specific software tools like Primavera 3/6, Procore is preferred.
- Possession of CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour Certifications. STS certification is a plus.
- Preference will be given to candidates holding LEED GA Credential or AP/AP+ certifications.
