    Description
    The Director of MSO Operations , orchestrates the planning, organization, and facilitation of Managed Services Organization (MSO) operations.

    Reporting directly to the President, they play a pivotal role in propelling growth, enhancing quality, and spearheading operational initiatives for the organization.

    Overseeing the comprehensive growth and advancement of the MSO across all lines of business.


    • Working alongside management to devise and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing cost efficiency and delivering top-tier care.
    • Driving initiatives to expand organization's specialist network development.
    • Utilizing financial and KPI analyses to identify improvement opportunities and spearhead appropriate projects and programs.
    • Effectively communicating progress, challenges, and concerns to senior leadership.
    • Conducting periodic retro-evaluations to assess the efficacy of implemented action plans based on financial and clinical performance evaluations.
    • Providing strategic leadership to ensure the provision of high-quality, cost-effective healthcare and adhering to set goals, objectives, policies, and regulatory requirements.
    • Overseeing day-to-day operations and performance of the organization.
    • Crafting short- and long-term plans to enhance departmental efficiency and service levels across all managed areas.
    • Ensuring compliance with administrative, legal, and regulatory mandates as well as governmental and accrediting agency requirements.
    5+ years' primary care environment, value-based care (VBC), health insurance, healthcare, health industry, or related field experience.

    • Experience tracking and interpreting Medicare Advantage and Value Based Care KPI's and key indicators of financial performance.
    • Proven track record building strong relationships with health plans.
