QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience in Facility Management
10 years of experience in Facility Management
Ability to travel to assigned projects
Prefer BOMA and/or IFMA designation (RPA/CFM)
Experience
Experienced in directing, planning, and implementing strategic and operational plans
Skilled in managing multi-disciplinary teams and working groups
Responsibilities
Conduct customer meetings
Oversee performance evaluations for on-site FM Team members and sub-contractors
Ensure compliance with contracts
Perform periodic site inspections to monitor performance
Review results from customer satisfaction surveys and take corrective actions
Foster a culture of customer satisfaction and continuous improvement within the Facility Management Team
